Thriving Through Challenges and Change: Lessons from Science and Life

Presentation by Dr Lucy Hone, Wed 22 April 2026, 6:30PM

In collaboration with Upper Clutha Community Link, we are delighted to host Dr Lucy Hone. This community evening brings people together to explore how we navigate challenge and change in our lives. Lucy will share insights from science and lived experience on resilience, before joining Mount Aspiring College principal Nicola Jacobsen in a live conversation about what truly helps individuals and communities through difficult times. Known for her warmth, clarity and deeply human approach, Lucy offers a perspective that is practical, reassuring and grounded in real life.
